Yes. All guest, including adults, must pay an admission when coming to Molokai’z Adventure Island during open play hours regardless if they plan on playing or not. However, at Molokai’z Adventure Island we have a reversed pricing structure so that adults attending with children actually pay less than a full price admission. Only children under 1 year of age are admitted for free.
At Molokai’z Adventure Island we understand that not all guest may be able to enjoy all of the play structure areas equally or may not have equal attention span or energy to play for extended periods of time. As such our admission prices are based on age ranges with the understanding that younger children under the age of 4yrs may not utilize all play areas equally with the older children. We also have a set reverse pricing structure for the adults so that any parents not intending to play do not feel they are wasting money on a full admission price.
Yes, however for safety reasons we do encourage parents joint younger children under 4 years through the big kid structures. Older kids may not always take care to play safely around the younger ones and may knock them over or hurt them unintentionally. Also, the stairs and slides are larger in the big kid structure so younger children may need assistance with these obstacles. We do have a separate toddler play area for the younger children under 4 years old with age appropriate structures and sensory toys however this space is smaller in comparison and may not hold their attention so they are more than welcomed to explore in the big kid structure with you.
Absolutely! Our structures are made with adults in mind providing easy passage and bypass areas for them to comfortably explore and enjoy with their kids. We have no age restrictions and we highly recommend that adults join their kids especially when the younger ones wish to explore and play in the big kid structures. Our only rules are that socks must be wore at all times when walking on the foam matted flooring or playing in the structures and no food or drink is allowed within the play areas, including the toddler area.
Yes, we require everyone to complete a waiver for themselves and their children when coming to Molokai’z Adventure Island to play. The structures at Molokai’z Adventure Island have been built with our customers safety in mind and meet international safety and quality standards. However, as with any play activity, accidents and injuries may occur so it is important for everyone to understand this and acknowledge their understanding of any potential liabilities and responsibilities when entering to play.
You can complete your waiver at the front entry when you arrive, or you can complete one before you come to play at our website www.molokaiz.com, just click on the link to review and sign your waiver. The waivers are kept on file for 1-year and are saved under the parent’s name completing the waiver.
The responsible adult present must have a waiver on file, we cannot admit anyone under another person’s completed waiver unless that person is present (e.g., grandma cannot bring the kids by herself and be admitted under the parent’s waiver, she would need to complete a waiver under her name and listing her grandchildren she is responsible for).
All guests, regardless of age, are required to wear socks while walking on the foam padded flooring areas (around the play structures and within the toddler zone) and while climbing/exploring through the structures. Bare feet and shoes in these areas are NOT permitted. Guest wearing pantyhose/stocking will need socks on, thicker tights and/or knitted tights are okay. The requirement for wearing socks is for hygiene purposes as well to protect our structures and padded flooring.
You may wear shoes within the café sitting area, arcade, and party rooms and it is highly recommended that you put your shoes on when visiting the restrooms.
If you have forgotten to bring a pair of socks with you it is okay, we sell non-skid socks at the front counter in all sizes from toddler to adult.
